Long Term Disability
Insurance Claims
We’re here to fight for you.
If you have been injured and are suffering from a long term disability as a result, the last thing you want to have to worry about is your day-to-day living expenses. Long term disability insurance is meant to protect workers from the financial strain of not being able to work due to a disability. Sometimes the process does not work the way that it should. Claims may be denied or suddenly terminated, leaving the injured victim and their family without sufficient funds to make ends meet.
If your insurance company denied you short or long term disability benefits or has cut off your short term or long term disability benefits without a valid explanation, Hooper Law can fight for you to get the coverage you need.
Long term disability insurance claims often require a large number of reports, medical exams and other evidence within a certain time frame. This can be a confusing and time-consuming process. At Hooper Law, our team of highly skilled and professional personal injury lawyers have extensive experience working with long term disability claims and negotiating with insurance companies. We will take away the stress of having to fill out multiple forms and wading through insurance jargon. Your policy may have a rehabilitation provision we can access to get you medical assistance on your road to recovery.
We have been successful in many cases involving insurance companies. If you have had your disability benefits cut off or are in danger of losing them, please contact Hooper Law for a free initial consultation.
“You thought you had a system in place to help replace your income if you got sick and couldn’t work. What do you do when you and your doctor know you shouldn’t be doing any kind of work but the long term disability insurer still says it will no longer pay your benefits? It’s important to me to help you get your benefits reinstated so you don’t lose all of your livelihood while you try to manage your disability.”
