Class Action Suit
We’re here to fight for you.
Class actions are lawsuits where individuals with similar claims are grouped together and represented collectively in one court action. This procedure promotes justice for individuals who have faced important losses and need the collective weight of their common claims to make the litigation feasible.
Class action suits can be filed against companies for some of the following reasons:
- Dangerous pharmaceuticals
- Harmful or defective products
- Toxic environmental practices
- Unfair employment practices
- Unfair or fraudulent consumer practices
Our team has almost 70 years of combined experience and we are currently engaged in representing over 50 families in a class action suit against The City of Hamilton contending that design and construction of the RHVP was done negligently and without using acceptable construction standards.
If you believe you are involved in a situation that could warrant a class action suit, please contact us for a free consultation. We will review your case and offer advice on moving forward with your claim.
“When big industries, institutions or municipalities break laws and hide information that causes pain and hurt to victims, I take it personally to right these wrongs. I will stand up to, and fight any corporation that endangers or diminishes the lives of others.”
